Print Releases

Need a print release?

Some photo labs and printing services require a print release prior to completing your printing order. You can print and show them, or simply email a link to them of the following release:

"All participant downloadable images (images provided for free download from an event the individual participated in) provided by John Kelly Photos LLC, on any domain owned by John Kelly Photos or elsewhere, are Copyright John Kelly Photos LLC and are provided for individuals' personal use only, with a reproduction grant allowing the individual to reproduce, reprint, and share the image as they wish. Any digital image or images may not be sold or used for any commercial reasons, including, but not limited to, advertisements, merchandise, magazine publications, newspaper stories, or any such use in which the original buyer of the digital image receives any type of compensation for the digital image's use, without prior express written permission from John Kelly Photos LLC."
